Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (USPS, Domestic US): 5–8 business days
USPS Premium: 2–4 business days (for customers who select this faster option at checkout)
UPS Premium: 2–4 business days (for customers who select this faster option at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs (for international orders).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free standard shipping on all orders over $30.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

CoreGens is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at Admin@coregens.com and we'll help investigate.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. CoreGens is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply to reroute a package.
